Organization committee works to provide stability to the program by assisting with fundraising, preparing budgets, recruiting volunteers and developing policy for the organization.

The Organization Committee meets on the 1st Monday of the month at 2:00 pm at the Main Street Office located in the lower level of Town & Country Bank, 104 W Main Street.

Design committee works on enhancing the physical vitality of the business district; Encourages building owners to have attractive storefronts, rehabilitate buildings, and design appropriate signage.
The committee meets on the third Wednesday of every month in room 0041 in the Watertown City Hall, 106 Jones Street.

The Economic Restructuring committee analyzes market data to develop a plan to retain Businesses currently in the downtown and recruit new business to compliment what is already here.
Committee meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 8:00 am at the Main Street Office located in the lower level of the Town & Country Bank, 104 W Main Street.

The Promotions committee encourages consumer traffic by planning events like Gateway Concert Series and Fall Festival; assists with publicity and communication with businesses.
