Organization Committee Work Plan
Goal:
To develop and sustain a well managed, financially secure, volunteer driven program.

Objectives:

1. Annual Meeting Planning
Write annual report
Director Elections
Present 2008 budget and committee work plans

2. Develop a financial strategy
Pursue grant opportunities.
Encourage corporate partners and sponsors
Improve assessment letter for 2008 fiscal year.

3. Volunteer Recruitment and Training
Develop volunteer recognition
Develop volunteer job descriptions and orientation
Solicit new volunteers by partnering with Main Street businesses
